1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once the service has been activated. By purchasing the service, you confirm your acceptance of this No Refund Policy.

2. Service Availability

The service may occasionally experience downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or channel/content changes without prior notice.

If maintenance or an unexpected interruption lasts longer than expected, we may provide access to a backup service until the main service is restored.

3. Subscription Period

Your subscription begins on the activation date, regardless of how often the service is used.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection.
  • A compatible device.
  • A reliable home network.

We recommend a fiber internet connection and connecting your TV or streaming device to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network whenever possible.

For the best performance, keep your modem/router as close to your TV or streaming device as practical.

We are not responsible for issues caused by the client's internet connection, Wi-Fi signal, device, Internet Service Provider (ISP), home network, or incorrect setup.

Performance may vary depending on your internet speed, Wi-Fi signal strength, and home network setup.

5. Content & Channel Changes

Channels, Movies, Series, VOD content, and streaming quality may change at any time without prior notice. Content may be added, removed, replaced, or updated as part of normal service operations.

6. Support Hours

Support is available only when we are online.

For general assistance, you are welcome to ask in our Telegram group, where other members may also be able to help.

We are unavailable from Friday 5:30 PM until Saturday 6:45 PM.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

8. Official Communication Channel

Our Telegram News Group is the official source for maintenance notices, downtime updates, service announcements, promotions, giveaways, and other important information.

We do not send individual updates. During outages or maintenance, please check the Telegram News Group instead of contacting support for updates. Any information we receive will be shared there as soon as possible.

It is your responsibility to join the Telegram News Group if you wish to stay informed.
